Improved the Response Time of the existing APIs by Optimizing the Queries and implementing processes like Pagination, Caching. Increased the Code Coverage of different repositories from 70 to 95 and above by performing unit testing for the application.

Spearheaded the development of a Python-based Access Request API using Django, streamlining access request processes for 6 lakh TCS employees. Improved system performance through PostgreSQL database utilization, Redis caching, and query optimization, resulting in reduced response times. Built a RESTful platform in Python to store, update and delete the document details of Aviva users, insurance customers, etc which made the system more feature rich by more than 60 percent. Optimized EC2 instances configuration with CloudWatch alarms and fine-tuned Lambda functions, resulting in a 35 percent increase in system performance and efficient management of data through S3 buckets in AWS. Built and deployed CI/ CD pipeline using Jenkins and Git for the efficient deployment of the applications.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services, resulting in a 20 percent increase in customer satisfaction. Implemented effective financial analysis techniques to design and launch No cost EMI plans for students, resulting in a loan disbursement of 1Cr+. Worked on various projects related to Machine Learning and NLP such as sentiment analysis and image classification using Tensorflow and Scikit-learn.
