Participated in reviewing and maintaining all pre/post fine Quality scripts, procedures and methodologies. Delivered the package to Investors nd third party for audit checks. Reviewed the application of the borrower and evaluated the automated UW tool ( DU & LP). Conducting the processing & verification of closing documents adhering to TILA and RESPA guidelines.

Looked after the Mortgage maintenance journey for the NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster & Northern Ireland customers. Participated and led over 6 projects in 4 years while working closely with management. Ensured that all the requirements are completed on a timely basis with the highest level of accuracy and delays and issues are timely escalated. Identified improvement opportunities that effectively met customer and business needs. Taking walk-through calls with the Stake holders and Risk Team and understanding the requirements and gauging the risks involved.
