Implemented CI/CD pipeline for multiple applications including the core Guidewire Suite Claims, Policy & Billing centers. Played a major role to automate Application & Infrastructure and achieved Continuous Delivery for faster Production Releases. Responsibilities included configuring Auto Scaling Groups (ASG) using Launch Configurations in customized VPC, writing Terraform and PowerShell Scripts to provision Infrastructure as Code (IAC), and managing AWS EC2 instances utilizing Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, and Glacier.

Implemented CI/CD for a Web application designed in Angular JS6 for UI and Dotnet core 2.0 as back-end services. Created VPCs in regions N.Virginia and Mumbai and established communication using VPC peering. Used bash and Python, including Boto3, to supplement automation provided by Ansible for tasks such as encrypting EBS volumes and scheduling Lambda functions. Optimized volumes and EC2 instances and maintained Route 53, VPC, RDB, SES, and SNS services in AWS cloud.

Provided Technical/Production Support to Uniphore Users Globally. Responsibilities included prioritizing and promptly responding to applications incidents for quick resolution, doing Log analysis and root cause analysis for incidents, and performing Installation/Deployment using Ansible. Managed production environment support, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and prepared Knowledge base Articles using Zendesk.
