Responsibilities include community/forum management, customer engagement and education, researching and applying emerging technologies (Machine/Deep Learning, Serverless architectures), and inbound product management integrating other products and platforms with Visual Builder. Managed a small team of product managers in India.

Managed the Strategic Backtesting project for Credit Suisse, involving generating forecasted and realized exposure for Basel 3 compliance. Responsibilities included project planning, technical design, and incorporating deep functional understanding of credit risk (VaR, Monte Carlo simulations, Basel 3 norms) and portfolio analysis. Led technical delivery and managed a team of up to 30.

Worked on the Galaxy Digital Banking programme for Lloyds Banking Group, revamping internet banking with SOA technology. Responsibilities included technical design, code delivery, and business analysis tasks such as cohort analysis of onboarding customers, UI heat mapping, and campaign creation platform development.

Developed and led modules for the TCS BaNCS Capital Markets product (formerly Quartz), an integrated software package for financial institutions. Responsibilities included technical development using C/C++, technical design, feasibility/gap analysis, and end-to-end design and development of new spin-off products.

Academic work included Natural Language Processing (Rumour detection for Covid-19 based tweets) and Capstone project (Evidence inference in Clinical trials using BERT and GCN).
