Worked On CRM tool for managing leads, Opportunities, Customers and sales pipeline for the organization. Resolved Customer Queries for CRM tool, acted as clients representative.

Assisted a team of 3 analysts and used Big Data tools to gather, store, analyze data for a CPG client. Interpreted data to extract insights and optimized data collection procedures. Implemented an inventory forecasting model using moving averages analysis and developed an Inventory modelling tool to take care of demand seasonality using Tableau as front end and SAP HANA, JDA and ATLAS as data sources. Implemented React-Django tool along with Power-BI reports for automating excel maintained by client for calculations. A self-sustaining one stop solution was developed by bringing together helios data elements and user inputs into an automated framework. Used PySpark to automate the excel. Implemented Power-BI tool to provide smooth transition for a rebranding of a product. The cutover point was obtained from tracking demand reduction of old brand and rise in demand of new brand, on this basis the optimization of raws and packs industry was done. Inventory was projected and different stock risks such as service level risks , shelf life risks were shown and classified. Worked in DevOps team on enhancements, data-validation, issues, migration activities and tickets to stabilize the end to end supply chain analytics products, in this process gained knowledge about KPIs to measure the supply chain health, architecture, ETL, tools and technologies for supporting client with data engineering solutions and help them make data driven decisions. Predicted Customer Churn for a technology client to help reduce the loss of customers.
