Led the team in development and deployment of Google's Document AI Gen AI processor that extracts information from client's vendor invoices and sent the data to SAP VIM system. Results improved significantly where we achieved an accuracy of 93% over the current accuracy of 67%, which resulted in saving of resource cost by 40%. Proactively proposed, build and deployed Gen AI Q/A system using Gemini API, BigQuery and Streamlit, which can interact with the Invoice data from BigQuery using natural language. Proactively proposed, build and deployed Gen AI RAG based Q/A system using Gemini API, BigQuery and Streamlit for IT support tickets which uses data from historical tickets and predicts the course of action to solve the current issue. Fine tuned multiple paid and open source LLM models like Gemini, llama2, gemma, mistral etc using PEFT methods like LORA/QLORA over custom dataset to achieve better results. Leveraged Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like VertexAI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions to build data processing pipelines and machine learning workflows. Developed predictive machine learning models for credit risk assessment and customer churn prediction, resulting in improvement in risk management and operational efficiency by 20%. Developed predictive machine learning models for classification of IT support tickets in different categories and criticalities, resulting in reduction of response time which led to better customer experience. Worked on extensive data analysis and visualizations for Banking, Insurance and Capital Market data to gather useful insights.

Worked in the offshore team to successfully migrate clients existing business from Mainframe to Sapien's Consolidation Master. Worked on data mapping, to map data between clients existing business and the target system. This was leveraged in the ETL process. Worked on desensitization of PII data from free formatted text data to fulfill clients GDPR requirements. Developed functionality to add new tax system for Scotland in clients existing business.
