Digital Analytics: Worked on ML based product recommendations on AMEX website to improve customer acquisition using cookies / web analytics data. SAC: Improved existing scoring models (customer segmentation) to provide better offers to cut down customer attrition improving retention by 13% in the first quarter of its production. Non-AD Measurement: Introduced new metrics for campaign success measurement later on to be implemented internationally to all markets. Headed the experimentation and R&D team of 4 to achieve the target.

ITTV - AT Analytics: Creation of NLP and CV algorithms alongside machine learning to improve the depth of analytics. Resulted in widening the scope for audience analytics, fast hypothesis testing and cross comparisons. Concept used - TFIDF, image recognition. Chrome Digital Media and Analytics(Automated Data Entry): Employing a neural architecture for recognizing channel logo and name that sped up the entire process by 250x and reduced ~Rs.50 lacs recurring cost to client. Tech used - Image Processing (Recognition and OCR).

Wheelock Properties (SFR, KTB), Hong Kong - Utilizing path analytics and position intelligence in the real estate industry. Created data processing algorithms on edge devices with automated reporting using Gradient Boosting and Random Forests. The Executive Center, Hong Kong - Deployed object detection and tracking algorithms using YOLO on edge AI units to track store occupancy and traffic for real time staff allocation and analytics alongside generating automated reporting solutions for the same.
