Responsible for detail review of drawings, understanding scope of work as per BOQ, and serving as the single point of contact for the customer during execution. Oversaw all finishing works (tiles, stone, painting, false ceiling, etc.), ensuring timely project completion and client handover. Prepared schedules on MSP & Excel, and validated materials received against order/BOQ.

Managed interior finishing and fit-out projects for various sites (Sagar International Hotel, Sun breeze Residential Towers, BBD Viraj Tower Office). Conducted quality audits, created non-compliance reports, and ensured compliance across civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Responsible for preparing project quality plans, conducting material inspections (MIR), preparing daily inspection reports, and managing the preparation of bills and BOQ.

Executed structural and finishing work according to drawings and specifications. Managed daily activities and monitored progress against bar charts. Prepared various reports (BBS, DPR, DLR, JMR) and conducted measurements for RCC & Shuttering quantities. Coordinated with clients to resolve site issues and ensured work adherence to technical specifications.
