Preparing Test Summary and Test cases based on the Functional document received. Check the status of every issue across each modules day to day and update the team lead on daily basic through emails and status trackers. Working on Installation, Functional, System and Regression Testing. Involve in Defect review meetings, Re-Testing and to provide essential outcomes. Responsible for running test cases and posting defects. Worked with internal teams to deliver accurate information to customers and service accounts.

To provide Service Request and IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) services for requests logged in Service Now. To provide effective communication for all types of incident and request ensuring that the users are kept informed of progress at all times. The primary responsibility is to attend inbound calls. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC life cycle. Perform Functional testing, Black-box testing, Smoke testing to check critical functionality, compatibility and usability testing of an application. Working on Sanity(Production) testing also comes in which software Testing performed after receiving a software build, with minor changes in code, or functionality. Create reports on the work done and submit it to the team lead/manager.
