Shipped a Gemini-powered insights feature that converts raw player stats into plain-English, schema-validated outputs with safe fallbacks. Built a low-latency type-ahead global search across core entities (~200K records) using indexed database search and pagination; achieved ~75 ms response times and replaced multi-step lookup flows with instant search. Built organization onboarding + admin provisioning and self-serve profile/banners/promos updates, plus analytics endpoints for cross-tournament stats (top teams/players) to enable org-level visibility.

Re-architected data access in FrontM.js (internal Node.js framework for building micro-apps) to query DynamoDB and MongoDB directly, eliminating a VPC-based Lambda proxy hop to reduce cold-start tail latency and simplify the request path, cutting end-to-end latency by ~20% and improving p95 latency. Built shared query helper utilities (including pagination) to standardize access patterns and reduce duplicated query logic across features.
