Leveraged Linked Insights for large-scale data extraction, enrichment, and analysis to generate actionable insights on hiring efficiency, market talent trends, and employee retention. Performed end-to-end data preparation and modeling for recruitment analytics using BigQuery, R programming, and Excel, ensuring high-quality, analysis-ready datasets. Designed and developed interactive dashboards in QlikSense, enabling stakeholders to visualize workforce metrics, talent competitiveness, and strategic HR trends.
