Implemented Core features and functionalities within the CRM (Central Platform across Khatabook) to boost customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention across KhataBook's diverse product portfolio. Engineered flexible lead allocation system that can allocate leads differently based on the role of the user and the attributes of the leads. Designed and implemented a versatile Lead Type Executor responsible for dynamically transitioning leads between different types based on a set of configurable rules. Implemented automation and workflow optimizations, reducing manual processes and improving team productivity. Implemented a lead worflow management eg. moving lead to active to followup , followup to verification ,Kyc review processes etc. Implemented a dynamic UI configuration in Backend that generates customizable components and implemented granular access controls. Additionally, I developed a user-friendly table view customization feature, enabling users to modify data presentation by adding/removing columns and applying filters. Designed and deployed multiple cron jobs within the software system to automate follow-up tasks, assess lead serviceability, and efficiently transition them from the queue to an active state.
