Part of planning and business analytics team. Responsible for doing forecasting for mid mile and last mile at Customer-Origin-Destination level for up to 900 customers. Responsible for performance analysis for top customer and giving insight to sales and operations team.

Leading a team in data system and insights. Was involved in successful migration of 4 projects. Developed SAS code to load raw data from different data sources applying business logic to generate a dataset used by business user for creating report and decision making.

Working with workflow new debt management Decision analytical team as lead and leading the project from offshore with 2 team members. Automation of existing daily and weekly reports. Managing, Updating and running the daily Business as usual process using VBA MS Access databases and VBA excel.
