Full lifecycle recruiting experience - understanding the requirement, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals. Sourcing active profiles from various Job portals like Monster, Dice, Career builder etc. Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate and overall suitability for the position. Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews. Follow up with Account Managers on daily basis for feedback and getting new requirements. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain daily and weekly client reports.

Posting the resume in all job portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Tech Fech, etc. Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals. Drive opportunities through sales cycles to deal closure. Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis. Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules. Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews. Analyze the feedback given by the vendors and the end clients after the interview calls. Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.
