Conduct first round of interviews(telephonic) for candidates of technical background (Python/UI/ASP.NET Developers) after having them sourced from Linkedin and Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Job Hai Recruiter etc.). Shortlist candidates based on given parameters and scheduled second round interviews (Google meet) conduct by the supervising recruiter. Guiding & trained new Interns.
