Spearedheaded development of HRMS web and mobile application, Savings scheme web application, and Chit Fund web application. Led the redesign and enhancement of the web portal for India's non-profit motor sport regulatory organization. Architected the MCQuick web and mobile application for School Students. Led development of POCs and contributed to client proposals. Guided the development of AI powered Resume Parser and Screener, Time Log Digest AI Agent, and MCQuick Question/Answer upload using AI parser.

Responsible for System architecture and enhancement of Telecommunication Expense Management System - ManageRight. Drove the end-to-end migration of legacy Java applications (Servlets, JSP, Struts) to a cloud-ready architecture using Spring Boot for backend services and Angular for the frontend. Participated actively in technology evaluations and selection processes for reporting tools. Guided the revamping of the legacy reporting to Flex monster.

Delivered projects using Agile Scrum framework across distributed teams in India and the USA. Delivered an automatic invoice reader and processing system, leading the project end-to-end. Played a key role in technology selection and reporting tool decisions.

Developed Pricing and Network Design Assistant (PANDA) web application for BellSouth using Java Servlets, Java Server Pages and Oracle on Unix platform. Led application migrations from iPlanet -> JBoss -> Tomcat. Lead database migration from Oracle -> PostgreSQL. Developed GIS-based geographical maps using ArcIMS. Founding and critical leader of the flagship ManageRight product (Telecommunications Management System).

Developed web interfaces for an international financial application using ASP, JavaScript, DHTML, and MS SQL Server. Created a database migration tool to automate migration from Access 2.0 to Access 97 with detailed logging.
