Oversaw comprehensive PM services including design management, procurement, quality, planning, and H&S management for large-scale projects. Key activities included reviewing and approving MEP Design basis reports, coordinating design with multiple agencies, and managing the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of complex systems (HT/LT substation, DG, CCTV, Fire Alarm, HVAC, STP, WTP, etc.). Managed tender evaluation, technical negotiations, and provided technical support for procurement and execution of MEP services.

Responsible for planning and execution of electrical and mechanical works (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, ELV) for major hotel and convention center properties. Duties included preparing shop drawings, conducting value engineering studies, managing project schedules (MS Project 2010), and leading coordination meetings with clients and consultants. Managed the issuance and closure of technical non-conformities (SI, SO, NCR).

Provided technical input and guidance on MEP system design and equipment selection for world-class projects. Led onsite installation and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to local and international standards. Responsibilities included developing design concepts for lighting and fire alarm systems, managing construction administration, and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities for MEP services.

Facilitated problem-solving between MEP subcontractors and assisted in the review of MEP submittals and change work orders. Monitored subcontractor activities, ensured adherence to quality and safety regulations, and assisted in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

Managed MEP projects, including work for the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel. The role involved overseeing the coordination and execution of various MEP and ELV works.
