Managed a cross functional team of 15 in 3 different locations (France, Belgium and Netherlands), ranging from interns to senior developers and analysts and collaborated with Business Planning, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. Led a team of developers to create and deploy a new internal & external Promotions & Innovation forecast/demand management process for P&G and our customers within the defined budget scope while achieving the defined success criteria by saving 1500+hours for the planning team and budget savings of 500K+ Euros. Developed an ARIMA based machine learning model for initiative forecasting prediction for my customers. Successfully Launched 'Fairy' (Home Care Brand) in France for all my Customers and delivered 2.2M euros shipment within the first 3 months of launch. Applied the hybrid project management model of Waterfall & Agile for different project scopes in order to develop a new Forecast Management system for the FBNL cluster to coordinate with European Financial Forecasting. Managed the Project via JIRA.

Successfully created and maintained automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using Jenkins while automating the deployment process, resulting in the elimination of 45% manual work and improving work efficiency. Resolved Project’s higher Scope issues and Flash Project Management summary reports to internal/external stakeholders. Ensured that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget and cost of the project. Achieved the project milestone with a savings of 1.45M USD by leading a team of 10 to Increase the overall efficiency of the team by 10% and reduced the process wastes up to 35%. Executed the design & commissioning project of the 800xA DCS & SCADA power automation system for all existing Power Plants in Abu Dhabi for ADNOC Clients.

Managed local deployments in Kubernetes, creating local clusters and applications deployment into containers/kubes. Reduced deployment time for critical infrastructure from 1 month to 5 days. Developed a Qliksense based dashboard to demonstrate the savings project and presented it to the executive committee. Supervised 3 teams simultaneously to execute 4Q and Lean 6 Sigma projects as a part of ABB White Collar Productivity initiative by delivering 40k USD savings. Trained ABB Malaysia Team and built competency for IEC61850 Power automation.

Led a team of senior members from ABB France with subject matter expertise in Oil & Gas as a Power management consultant. Supervised a team of 4 engineers to provide project deliverables ahead of schedule. Managed Project Documentation on Project Status, Milestones, Project Plans, Risks, Issues for projects including internal Factory Acceptance Tests and external Site Acceptance Tests. Created the system architecture for development in Azure Cloud VM Instances and deployed projects for Clients on-site in the local server-client architecture.
