Successfully completed the transition from multi-vendor IT delivery to Infosys IT team in ODH (operational data hub). Built a knowledge base for BAU support and product pipeline road map deliveries. Streamlined the delivery model and team structure to align overall ODH Scrum of scrums delivery. Created an agile delivery model with Scrum team for Data feeds, Data pipelines, Data ingestion, Data transformation and reporting through Dashboards. Supporting a large transformation program to build AI/ML based error recognition system. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Entertainment, Connectivity, Corporate data hub (CDH) product roadmap deliveries.

Implemented new business process and migration of three million Mobile customer Data strategic program. Successfully delivered critical regulatory programs such as EoCN, ABTN, EECC. Led the planning and execution of the Wi-Fi booster projects. Created an optimized scrum team and a sprint process to deliver in monthly release. Supported a large transformation program with assessment/design and lineage for migrating Netezza Database Data to Google cloud platform. Built a RAID and RAG status reporting process in Jira.

Customized screens, batch programs and reports to enhance PKMS warehouse management system. Configured new shipping information for existing Stores/Customers which optimized shipping costs. Enhanced PEP (Performance enhancement program) to accurately track performance of the warehouse staff and generated daily reports. Implemented a short time discount procedures in system.

Created various sales audit reports from Store sales and supported exiting sales audit screens. Prepared monthly and yearly tax reports using existing Tax tool in AS400 system. Provided secondary production support with client as primary support.

Built new scan screens in AS400 for handheld devices as part of GBSS strategic program, enabling various warehouse operations and reducing manual effort by 50%. Enhanced existing JDA WMS frontend screens to enable all scan operations. Increased productivity by 30% overall in two major warehouses.
