Outage Predicton Model: Worked in Outage predction model which helps the user to get information about the ongoing outages. This helps in reducing the number of incidents raised by User and minimize the workload for Agents who are resolving those incident ticket. Query Recommendation System: Based on the earlier asked question in ChatBot by the user I have worked on the recommendation system that provide the user with the query and its resolution in the past based on similarity of query posed by user in the ChatBot. Speech recognition and text conversion: Worked on a model which takes input from user in from of speech and text and based on input the model downloads and store the file after converting the language into the local language in a path automatically for European Client.
