Implemented per-minute and 24-hour message limits at the client level to ensure compliance with META policies and prevent rate-limit violations. Integrated META’s Media Carousel Template into the existing system, enabling rich media-based campaign execution. Holler(FastAPI, MongoDB): Developed Holler as a wrapper service over TATA_TELE, enabling seamless Click-2-Call functionality and Call Detail Record(CDR) generation for telephony operations. Implemented automatic call recording storage on DigitalOcean, overcoming TATA_TELE’s 3-month retention limit and ensuring long-term availability of recordings. Replaced static inbound agent mapping with dynamic agent detection, improving scalability and reducing manual configuration errors.

Verve-AgentUI (Django, PostgreSQL, MQTT): Identified and resolved critical real-time bugs in the Django-based Agent Panel, boosting call reliability and cutting production issues by 35%. Implemented skill-based call transfer functionality to enable agents to route calls based on language or expertise, improving first-call resolution. Verve-AgentMini Integration (Salesforce OpenCTI, Apex, JavaScript): Embedded a lightweight agent interface into Salesforce using OpenCTI and Apex, enabling automatic CRM pop-ups during inbound calls and improving agent efficiency by 40%. Built Restful APIs to power IVR call transfers, click-to-call, and click-to-hangup features within Salesforce's client workspace. Engineered SSO authentication to eliminate manual login, providing seamless access from Salesforce to the agent tool. Omnichannel Integrations (Whatsapp, Facebook, MQTT): Integrated WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger into the Agent Panel, expanding multi-platform communication. Introduced WhatsApp Voice Calling feature into the Agent Panel while exploring the potential of WebRTC. Leveraged MQTT for real-time data flow, enabling sub-100ms responsiveness across chat and call operations.
