Integrated META’s Media Carousel Template into the existing system, enabling rich media-based campaign execution. Holler(FastAPI, MongoDB): Developed Holler as a wrapper service over TATA_TELE, enabling seamless Click-2-Call functionality and Call Detail Record(CDR) generation for telephony operations. Implemented automatic call recording storage on DigitalOcean, overcoming TATA_TELE’s 3-month retention limit and ensuring long-term availability of recordings. Replaced static inbound agent mapping with dynamic agent detection, improving scalability and reducing manual configuration errors.
