Day to day job involves writing Application Development, Maintenance and Cloud proposals with the aim to produce a winning compliant proposal response on time and on budget. This includes developing work plans, schedules, and milestones directing proposal management activities and ensuring the compliance to RFP requirements. Contributed in collaborating with the Partner teams, Solution Architects in planning and reviewing proposal content. Have the capacity to comprehend and summarize technical Infrastructure, application outsourcing and Cloud solutions, strategies, and themes into winning proposal. Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural dispersed and multi-party teams. Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) and Bid Management.

Played key role in translating client requirements of the business processes into meaningful user stories in JIRA. Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders. Handled the responsibility of refining stories in detail that will enable code to be written and tested without defects; write system design & interface documents, acceptance criteria and generate test scripts. Worked with developers, user experience designers, subject matter experts, Dev & Testing teams to obtain a well-rounded understanding of what is being asked for and our ability to deliver it within the constraints of our telecom environment. Juggled multiple projects and initiatives at any given time, all with aggressive delivery expectations - where attention to detail is essential. Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven) and follow the same. Also given Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.

Worked as an Application Developer in a core development team. In this tenure I have prepared UI screen on Applet, Java Framework and have also fixed real-time bugs of production tickets. I have also baselined High level design documents of the project that was assigned to me.
