Leading HR Operations & Talent Development of two verticals and ensuring the compliances of HR policies. Being a change initiator for finding process gaps in employee relationship and proposing a solution to management. Conducted Interventions, administered employee records and conducted random audits to ensure compliance. Designed and implemented technician’s recruiting and development program. Spearheaded diverse HR Operations including policy formulation, talent pipeline development, employee engagement and performance management through Zoho Recruit & People.
