Involved in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving Sourcing, Identifying, Interviewing, Screening, Formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time. Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities from development of recruiting specifications to negotiations and signing of contracts. Searching for and identifying qualified IT individuals from entry to senior level. Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating him through telephonic interview. Coordinating with the clients in organizing the interview schedule and the follow up. Coordinating with the candidate till the final round of Interview. Following up with the candidate till he/she joins the company. Verified candidates’ information to ensure applicants met qualification guidelines. Coordinate the interviews for the client selected candidates and ensure the interview process. Maintaining and updating the database of consultant and vendors on a daily basis. Creation & maintenance of database of the relevant profiles with regard to the requirements gathered from the clients.
