Screening Resumes as per Job description and Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience, skills, knowledge, fitment, aspirations, CTC expectations& relocation constraints. Engage with the candidates about the requirement and forward the profiles with details. Get feedbacks and Shortlist from clients and schedule interviews accordingly. Follow-up till the final rounds and Negotiate the salaries. Coordinate with Resource till and after joining. Conduct candidate reference checks. Updating the tracks on day to day basis and giving reports to management. Taking care of the Joining formalities of every candidate.
