Led a small team to build a real-time Cricket DRS system used during live professional matches (Legends League Cricket), operating under strict latency. Designed and implemented backend architecture for live event ingestion, deterministic state management, and review orchestration. Built fault-tolerant, low-latency services that remained correct under real-time pressure, partial failures, unreliable connectivity, and human-in-the-loop decisions. Owned the system end-to-end in production, including monitoring and incident response. Set up CI/CD pipelines for reliable and repeatable deployments using Github Actions.

Boosted application performance by offloading event tasks using RabbitMQ and Celery. Implemented end-to-end team ownership and user permissions to simplify workspace management. Built an end-to-end internal admin app for clearer client insights, cutting support ticket time by ~70%. Wrote unit and integration tests to ensure business logic reliability and prevent regressions. Ensured application reliability and smooth operation through monitoring and troubleshooting.

Partnered with the lead designer to take the wireframe from conception to implementation. Worked closely with senior developers to troubleshoot and fix issues.

Built to support real B2B trading operations across multiple procurement and distribution points, reducing manual coordination and improving operational visibility across stakeholders. Implemented multi-location inventory and order orchestration system. Integrated historical order analytics and visualization to improve demand planning and client transparency. Developed secure authentication and payment integrations. Owned system design, database modeling, API contracts, and production reliability. Directly onboarded and worked with B2B clients to understand operational pain points and iterated product features based on real-world usage.
