Implemented a data pipeline in Azure Synapse Analytics that automates the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of healthcare and clinical data from multiple sources, ingests data into ADLS and loads it into Azure SQL DB, supports Delta Loading via Metadata-driven configuration, and enables Data Warehousing in line with business rules for visualization using Power BI. Engineered a healthcare data warehouse solution using dimensional modeling to centralize clinical data, enhancing data quality enabling faster, data-driven insights and accessibility to support regulatory reporting, patient analytics, and operational efficiency. Developed dynamic and insightful Power BI reports using complex SQL queries, including dashboards for inventory management, turnaround time analysis, sales performance, and call center monitoring etc., driving data-driven decision-making across key business areas. Implemented Row-Level Security in Power BI Embedded to meet critical client requirements, ensuring data security and tailored access control for enhanced business insights. Worked as an ETL Developer and Data Engineer on a Publishing Industry Project, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines using AWS Glue to load large volumes of data from various sources into Amazon Redshift, a cloud-based data warehouse. Designed and developed data visualizations in Tableau to provide intuitive and insightful views of the data stored in Amazon Redshift.
