Create a conversational AI for customer support where anyone interacts with it and asks company product and service related queries. Design a frontend to react to the chatbot as per client requirements and make a responsive UI. Worked on the two different projects one built one dialogue-flow and another one on is LLM model. Worked on the generative AI for NLP Models and large dataset. Worked on the Open AI api key and made own LLM model. Worked on Lang chain to build a Chabot bot for conversational AI. Worked on the different model on Lang chain for NLP application.

Developed and deployed chatbots using Node.js and Python, resulting in 50% reduction in customer support response time. Configured and managed cloud-based infrastructure and application. Created and implemented a chatbots for a customer service team, resulting in a decrease in customer wait times. Developed and deployed multiple chatbots and virtual assistants for clients from various industries, including healthcare and social media.

Designed, deployed and managed cloud infrastructure on GCP. Worked on designing and implementing scalable, highly available and fault-tolerent application on GCP. Excellent problem-solving skills ability to quickly troubleshoot & resolve complex issues.

Contribute to development and evaluate machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision and Robotics.
