Ensuring all swift payments transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all standard operating procedures. Facilitates and ensures all operational work items are processed efficiently and with the correct Bank governance. Perform various checks to prevent fraud, abuse, money laundering and escalate suspicious cases accordingly to the responsible departments and maintain a professional communication channel throughout. Verifying all internal and external reports are recorded and matched accurately. Respond to all payment related queries sent through different communication channels and make sure that information provided is always accurate.
