Successfully Developed and Deployed End-to-End Fraud Management Solutions using Hypersense AI platform in areas of Handset Fraud, Subscription Fraud, Anomaly Detection in Telcom Networks, Outlier Detection in Customer Migration, for Top Telcom Companies in North and South America. Built and deployed a RAG based TicketingAI solution using LLM to increase the efficiency in JIRA ticket triages. Published research work in IEEE CSDE 2023 conference titled "A PSO based method to generate Actionable Counterfactuals for High Dimensional Data". Led a Team of 5 members for building Distributed Computing framework using PySpark. Developed several functionality in the Hypersense AI Platform like Auto-CASH for Time Series with RCA support for Anomaly Detection, Next Operator and Configuration Recommendation, Splunk Reader etc.

End-to-End Implementation of new functionalities in the HS-AI Platform which helped in easy on boarding of Citizen Data Scientists like AutoDataPrep (AutoML for Data Preperation) and Explainable AI Toolkit.

Participated in Firmware development (in embedded C++14/17) on multiple environments for eHDD (Enterprise Hard Disk Drive) controller. Worked on the module responsible for handling the dereferencing of data from DRAM to Physical Disk (during Bootup, Data Transfer and Reset) and participated in Firmware development for eHDDs.
