Planning and implementation of hot-fix /OS Deployment. Change management though JIRA. Proactive monitoring of application(on AWS/Azure servers) using Groundwork monitoring tool. Monitor server performance,memory utilization, CPU, files system,database batch job using monitoring tools Nagios, dynatrace, AWS Cloud-watch. In the event of a customer outage, engage the relevant eGain Site Reliability team members, Support, Engineering, key leaders in a technical conference bridge to quickly analyze and resolve the customer issue. Initiate incident response for cloud outages and perform troubleshooting, problem analysis, and provide quality solutions to technical issues and service request in a timely manner with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring service-level agreements (SLA) are met.
