Orientation and Documentation.

Conduct candidate Sourcing/Screening by utilizing various channels (internal database, job boards, referrals, social media and campaigns) based on position requirements. Responsible for sourcing, screening, short listing & coordinating for recruitment. Interact with candidates and conduct phone screens to capture details of their skills and experience. Explain them whole process how to Travel on H1B visa and brief about clients. Maintaining and updating employee records. Schedule candidate interviews with US Team accordingly.

Involved in pitching and advertising about outlook updates to existing as well as new customers. Generating new leads, acknowledging the customer complaints and forwarding to the concerned department.
