Semantic Search on Crawled Data: Extracted data from clinical trial and PubMed using available APIs on google colab notebooks and presented that in a dataframe format. Performed semantic search on the crawled medical literature by preprocessing crawled data and using sentence transformers models to get top five articles given a query. Different semantic search models were tried and best one was selected based on benchmark score and model giving best cosine similarity score. Text Summarisation: Built a text summarisation system POC that can produce human like summaries using extractive+abstractive text summarisation models on hugging face. Long T5-16384 was chosen as the best model. Results were evaluated using rouge score and perplexity score. Next Best Assistant System For MSLs: Created a dashboard for recommending next best KOLs for various use cases using large language models, flask, react, and postgresql.
