Developed a conversational chatbot using NLP, LLM, and deployed it on local server using Flask API with streamlit. Web API development using Flask and python to generate a detailed report from multiple xml files input. Prepared 8 months of data and generated Cohort Analysis for Customer retention and Churn prediction. Created Profiling and Classified bands for the users. Have Developed various Data driven Insights and Analytical reports from time to time.

Have developed and reviewed analytical reports of low to moderate complexity to allow fact based, predictive and ‘what-if’ decision-making. Manipulates and formats data to meet customer needs into reporting deliverables. Performed Statistical analysis on data to evaluate and isolate the critical factors influencing trends and relationships of variables to drive improved results. Provide feedback to senior management and identified problem areas for proactive solutions. Developed a bivariate linear regression model. 10-month historical data was used to develop the model in python.
