Anomaly Detection in Transactions [Client: Yes bank, ICICI Prudential]: Created Data visualization for correlating data and pattern analysis of different metrics of the application. Developed a Machine learning model which detects anomalies from such data. Investigate the reason for the anomaly, highlight top business and technical declines in payment journey, journey step with high response time, and most influencing nodes in real-time. Sending notifications to clients via Mail. Thus avoid failures and maintain a high conversion rate in the UPI journey. Fraud detection (Suspicious Transactions) in UPI [Client: Yes bank]: Using statistical models finding the suspicious transaction in UPI and showing it on the Anabot UI for stakeholders. So that bank can confirm with customer and avoid any fraudulent activity and provide better customer service. Behavior Analysis of customer [Client: Yes bank]: Design and build clustering pipeline for analysing the customer debit transaction done through UPI, NEFT, IMPS or RTGS to any merchants in hourly basis and showing the analysis on Anabot UI, so that bank can improve their services and recommend the product/offer to the customer based on behavior. Predicting Response time of node [Client: Yes bank]: Predicting the response time with help of CPU utilization, Hits per min, Heap memory utilization etc. of the node ahead of 30 min. so that stakeholder can take action beforehand. Identity verification with AWS Rekognition [Client: Qualitykiosk technologies pvt. Ltd.]: Made agent for taking image from laptop webcam without informing user at interval of 30 min to verify that user is present in front of laptop using AWS Rekognition, S3, lambda etc. services. Taxation Analytics [Client: Mahindra & Mahindra]: Created statistical model that help for minimizing Input Tax Credit (ITC).
