Implemented an OCR based medical data extraction model on pdf and image files to collect medical data into csv files. Performed clustering on the patient data i.e. patient symptoms, lifestyle data, doctors consultation notes, previous patient records etc. Created a data driven prototype in ayurveda using Bayesian inference, Time series analysis to predict time required for a complete cure using patients health data and previously treated patients. Successfully matched the most suitable doctor to over 5000 patients, resulting in an 87% success rate using K-Nearest Neighbour and regression algorithms. Conducted performance analysis and model interpretation to ensure clinical relevance and accuracy.
