Analyzed quarterly and monthly reports to identify patterns in sales seasonality, calculate ROI, and uncover factors impacting revenue growth. Automated the generation of weekly and monthly reports using SQL and VBA, minimizing data inaccuracies and streamlining reporting procedures. Conducted data sorting and visualization of sales and revenue data to identify exceptions and enhance data understanding.

Guiding chronic patients towards the right doctor for complete cure via a data driven approach which can help predict the treatment progress, risk, complications, treatment duration, impact of medical nonadherence etc. while managing a team of 10 members, overseeing operations, strategy, and project execution. Implemented an OCR based medical data extraction model on pdf and image files to collect medical data into csv files. Performed clustering on the patient data i.e. patient symptoms, lifestyle data, doctors consultation notes, previous patient records etc. Created a data driven prototype in ayurveda using Bayesian inference, Time series analysis to predict time required for a complete cure using patients health data and previously treated patients. Successfully matched the most suitable doctor to over 5000 patients, resulting in an 87% success rate using K-Nearest Neighbour and regression algorithms. Conducted performance analysis and model interpretation to ensure clinical relevance and accuracy.
