The yearly projects developed and deployed by the team increased by 40% during my tenure. Effective collaboration between stakeholders. Incident count reduced by 80% after implementing ITIL processes. Implementation of Kibana dashboard for reporting. Awarded as Contextual Master for contributions to the project.

Spearheaded RPA, deployment and script automation areas as a lead RPA Consultant in Automation COE Team. Achieved around 25% cost reduction in Lifecycle Management and clinical trial areas due to automation. Led onboarding of multiple Automation tools like Automation Hub, UiPath Process Mining and XLRelease. Awarded as Star of the Month for driving Automation Hub and XLRelease platforms.

Worked as an offshore team lead for ECM team for US based banking client. Involved in transitioning of project from another organization to Infosys. Worked onsite coordinating between client and offshore team. Developed various RPA usecases in Marketing, social media and finance domain. Awarded as Automation Champion of the Quarter and Spot Award.

Worked as a L2 support team member for provisioning applications for a US Telecom giant. Handled outages and client calls and worked on incident management, problem management, service management and change management. Awarded ACE award twice (2016 and 2017) for getting highest rating consecutively thrice.
