Managing the end-to-end delivery for website maintenance and enhancements for a leading nutrition brand’s website for U.S and Canada markets. Includes: Getting the prioritized requirements from the customers; Estimating the requirements and performing the capacity planning to lock the sprint goals; Acting as a point of contact for various business stakeholders; Conducting daily standups both internally and with the stakeholders to provide transparency; Ensuring that the deliverables are right on track and planning for alternative course of action if needed; Preparing status decks to provide updates to the stakeholders on a regular basis; Incident Management; Conducting the sprint ceremonies and act as a facilitator for the team; Ensuring the deliverables meet the agreed SLAs and NFRs as per the SOW; Collaborate with other partners in the vendor ecosystem to meet business needs; Coordinate user acceptance testing across the vendor ecosystem to ensure deliverables meet the expectations of client. Preparation of BRD to build alignment between business stakeholders and development team to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Prepared FSD, user stories, use case diagrams, RACI, process flows and user personas. Providing assistance to the QA team as needed to prepare testcases. Conduct working sessions with clients to identify use cases and develop business requirements. Prepared several POVs by working along with the Technical Architects to socialize with stakeholders on new feature developments, optimizations and new opportunities. Identifying business opportunities within the existing engagements. Providing performance reviews to the team members and setting goals for career development.

Developed Business Case for “AmSee Video Shopping Solution” for U.S. Retail Sector. The preparation of the business case involved studying the U.S. Retail market in detail by understanding the market structure, key players, and industry as a whole using PESTLE analysis. Identified other major vendors providing video shopping solutions in U.S. and performed competitor analysis to identify key features and hosting options. Presented the Business Case to the CTO and got his approval to proceed towards developing the solution.

Worked on creating automation testing framework to test the end-to-end functionalities for client’s Software Defined Network. The automation test suite was used to check if the network functions as expected post regular updates. Used Python to build the test framework (including API testing) and Selenium to develop test scripts for UI testing.
