Performed exploratory data analysis (EDA) on demographic, geographic, and psychographic data for projects including Medical No-Show Prediction and Fitness Equipment Seller Analysis. Developed models to predict customer churn in e-commerce. Key responsibilities included performing Shap Analysis for feature importance, checking model accuracy using f1 score, precision, recall, AUC score, and creating dashboards using Power BI.
