Provides Tier 2 implementation support. Collaborate with internal IT technical team and exchanges technical and data resolutions for new customer implementations & O&M processes. Work with internal R&D to provide feedback on application development and implementation rollout plan. Work with product, development, and data managers to ensure all reporting is set up correctly and optimized. Working knowledge of MYSQL (e.g. Writing basic queries and stored procedures, managing maintenance plans, DB restores/backups). Coordinate with functional groups and identify all required enhancements and processes changes as per client requirement to resolve all issues and provide onsite support to all clients for implementation process. Monitor application using Nagios for smooth operation. Prepare Report for application utilization. Co-ordinate with product team to check scenarios and reproduced the test cases. Give support to technical team for resolution of the issues in the application.

Provide Hands on training to users of the Hospital like Doctors, Staff nurses, lab users and Pharmacy users. Weekly and Monthly meeting with the SMO and PMOs regarding the new development and changes in KPI and software changes. Creating reports for the documents submitted to Govt. of Haryana Health Department. Creating the Weekly and monthly performance report. Weekly and Monthly test and training report of users to evaluate their performance. Co-ordinate with Management team and discuss Application performance and new strategies.

Co-ordinate with client and technical team and give them solutions within the SLA. Provide the presentation for the new development points to client and internal teams. Monitor & Analyze data daily, track dashboard, and suggest action on the trends. Handling 6 the member team for 16 clients including 3 internationals. Reports preparation with the provided SP and views through the SQL server. Test case generation on test servers. Weekly and monthly meeting for the Product development plans with AM/PMs and team.
