Building a high-performance dashboard that optimizes queries, uses caching, and implements pagination for improved user experience when viewing statistics, even with large data sets. Integrated lender APIs into our system to synchronize the loan disbursement flow between the lenders and our platform. Developed a system that assigns WhatsApp chats to agents based on their availability, shift timings, and active status, ensuring round-the-clock chat assignment for 24 hours. Implemented an internal disbursement system that streamlines the money flow between dealers, banks, and customers.

Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Azure DevOps. Worked on the automation of UI and Api with C#, selenium, Postman. Worked on git for the repository management of automation code.

Developed a Python script that utilizes APIs from a database to test telecom test cases such as making calls to numbers, ensuring comprehensive testing and quality assurance. Proficient in various telecom technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), and VoLTE, with hands-on experience in KPI checks, alarm troubleshooting, backup operations, and software upgrades.

Worked on the core part of the mobile telecommunication. Regular updates and always stand for work to be completed as per customer expectation. Takes regular feedback from department heads for improvement.
