Considering the delivery time is linked to overseas client, extended hours of availability is essential to delivery & resolve client queries. Django - Created Internal Management System (Dashboard) for the organization use in a time bound manner. Python - Designed the web application using Python on Django web framework pattern to make it extensible and flexible. RESTful APIs - Created RESTful APIs for submitting and retrieving data from database. Created permission-based views to perform the associated actions. Involved in designing of the database and the architecture of the application. Two-way data binding with live data updates using X-Editable Plug-in. Involved in Unit Testing of the new and existing modules. Added sitemaps for the websites. Responsible for debugging and troubleshooting the web application.

Involved in developing various modules for Admin Panel (CRM) for the organization using CodeIgniter. Submitting forms data using Ajax. Involved in validation of form’s data using JavaScript / jQuery. Sending notifications to customers/clients using emails. Responsible for debugging and troubleshooting the web application.

Troubleshooting clients / customers (U.S. based) issues regarding internet connectivity over chat. Providing them best steps to resolve their internet connectivity issues. Reconfiguring client’s routers/modems from our end and sending fresh signals.
