Served as primary liaison between software customers and development team, relating feedback and concerns for future patch cycles. Consulted with clients to align future software development with customer priorities. Analyzed proposed technical solutions based on customer requirements, budget and product goal. Worked on improving the code quality of existing codebase by introducing some good coding practices. Worked on complex analytical problems related on business needs.

Built tools to automate processes such as onboarding process for clients, incoming talent, existing team and partners. Improved data collection methods by designing surveys, polls and other instruments. Led software development initiative as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for user profile project. Collaborated with business unit team members to design new applications system to enhance client requirements for mobile computing capabilities.

Coordinating our work with the work of the 14-person team with GIT. Developed Python modules for machine learning & predictive analytics. Analysed the data with Numpy and Pandas and presented it using Matplotlib.

Technical Head of the Open source OPEN community for 1 year. Lead Placement Coordinator of Placement cell in UPES for 1 year. Took additional courses in Analytics & Data Science Ecosystems, Machine learning and Data Visualisation.
