Worked with the Enterprise Contact Centre Operational Statistics (ECCOS) team of Community Banking Technology. Responsible for ETL, Data cleaning, compilation and reporting in over 80 databases relating to contact centre data. Created a central Wiki Documentation for the application, achieving an 40% reduction in the preparation time before any development task. Improved the process of monitoring metrics which resulted in a 60% reduction in the number of escalations and the time of data reload. Key Technologies : MSSQL, Tableau, SSIS, R and MS Excel.
