Develop a roadmap to increase gift amount revenue of donors for a Canada based non-profit organization. After creating a holistic view of donors and using multiple data sources identified donor attributes to create donor personas to segment donors.

Implemented customer segmentation model using K-means clustering for major healthcare client and helped them to analyze their customers’ spending behavior. Delivered a project for customer purchase prediction using Random Forest algorithm and helped client to save cost on sales rep visit thereby increasing the efficiency of sales reps. Identified potential lead customers for insurance for a major bank client which helped them to protect their loans as well as to cross sell insurance to boost revenue. Project management in agile framework with seamless communication with client and internal teams. Prepared mock ups for clients and worked on multiple POCs.

Automated high level summary sheet related to channel spending and sales for a leading pharmaceutical client. Their process efficiency increased after streamlining the entire data flow. Implemented a random forest classifier model for a leading bank to identify customers with high credit risk.

Automated checklist related to SAP BI process and saved cost of 2-FTE for client helping project to bagged another project of AUD 80,000 from same client. Deployed a classification model for an ecommerce client to flag probable users who might return an item. This model helped client to identify the potential flagged customers and to add additional conditions for them to return a product. Offshore lead for replication of Alteryx workflow into SAP HANA process. Worked on streamlining of multiple ETL process and workflows.
