Responsible for reviewing the design drawings (Structural and Architectural) for accuracy and completeness for beams, columns, braces, stairs, guardrails and ladders and coordinates with project manager and quality assurance team. Generate and track RFI's (Request for Information) with respective fabricator regarding missing information and discrepancies. Responsible for detail discussion and review of sketches with project manager. We assure that OSHA and AISC standards are met for the project as and when required. Regular monitoring and submission of drawings for approvals to the EOR (Engineer of Record). Resolving team queries related to the projects and also escalating any issues or delays to the project manager. Regular interaction and coordination with other engineering trades. (Connection designers, Mechanical, HVAC, Concrete). Responsible for finalizing the Advance Bill of Material, Anchor Bolt Plans, Embed plans, Erection Drawings and Shop drawings based on the contract drawings, steel detailing practices and fabricator standards. Submitting designs with in deadlines to the clients and adhering to quality standards.

Provided drawings for Structural Components from conceptual designs. Included dimension, material and other information to ensure detail drawings were clear and complete for use in fabrication and field. As per scope letter received for the project, ascertain all required steel is included in the model. Responsible for documenting job progress and maintain scheduled activities to meet delivery dates.

Responsible for maintaining a fleet of 4000+ vehicles Pan India. Regular maintenance and updating of MIS related to commercial vehicles for multiple locations. Planning vehicle trips and maintaining vehicle inventory at multiple locations. Update operation heads on regular basis regarding successful vehicle placement for ecommerce and industrial adhocs.
