Planning and iterative development of NLP microservice for company’s chatbot Mchat – used by clients to access, organize and analyze big data conveniently. Created the WhatsApp message receiver and sender microservices – allows clients to connect with chatbot directly through WhatsApp and provides same functionality as through website. Created the DataIO microservice – used to readily store, modify, and access data created on the frontend. Responsible for operations: ensuring device and network security, disk encryption, managing wi-fi access and planning hardware configurations – for all employees and new hires. Assisted the data engineering team with server-side tasks and helped in resolving any issues encountered during regular operations. Worked on Data Pre-processing microservice – used to clean and organize incoming data. Planned and managed AWS workspaces for new interns.
