Arranging meetings with clients for presenting our scope of works for maintenance in Mep sections and Making contract with them. Preparing BOQ and Estimations for the Mep works. Conduct Mechanical progress work inspection on continuous basis along with complete and check out Installation. Call handling Systems, recording the complaints and managing monitoring the complaints.

Performed general maintenance duties at water treatment plant including preventative maintenance, repairs inspection and installation of mechanical equipment’s. Controlling the water treatment plant via SCADA system. Operated water treatment plant facilities including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation and filtration equipment including pumps, valves, motors, chemical feed systems and related equipment. Performs routine rounds of the plant, inspecting operations, collecting and testing samples, noting observations that serve as a basis for operation. Monitor the status of plant operating guidelines, flows, pressures, chemical feeds, levels and water quality indicators and also monitor plant records, operating logs, chemical inventories and data logs.

Identifying the areas with significant low productivity and providing initiative for improving the same. Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate break down parts and complete repair using specialized tools. Call handling systems, recording the complaints in plant areas and managing & monitoring the complaints. Analysing the recorded data and calculating the productivity of each activity by comparing their utilisation. Dealing with Emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Guided the installation/replacement of various machines and machine parts. Performed in maintenance activities & preparing of maintenance schedules.
