Developed a user-friendly chatbot using ChatGPT, enhancing destination discovery, route planning, and local recommendations through secure data transmission and ChatGPT API integration. Utilized advanced RAG techniques and LangChain framework to devlop a customer support chatbot that can provide personalized recommendations based on the latest product catalogue. Led the design and deployment of machine learning models for a Smart Retail solution utilizing Self-Supervised Learning (SSL), resulting in enhanced product recognition, retail shelf management, and optimized inventory management, thereby streamlining retail operations. Developed and implemented AI algorithms to an auto time tracking application to measure and analyze employee performance, leveraging machine learning techniques such as named entity recognition, classification algorithms, and deep learning architectures.

Developed Digital Nurse Assistant, an AI system for patient pre-consultations, conducting early evaluations of mental and physical health, assigning specialists, and generating comprehensive reports. Created Mood Analyzing Chatbots, a daily mood tracker utilizing mood analysis chatbots and BERT models. Engineered Conversational AI chatbots for analyzing mental health disorders, built with the Rasa framework.
