Led the end-to-end lifecycle development of multiple AI projects, including the design, training, and deployment of advanced computer vision and natural language processing models, enhancing operational efficiency. Experienced in finetuning various transformer based Language Models (LayoutLM, Mistral, Google T5 etc.) for generative modeling and multimodal representations. Led the effort for automating ML training pipeline by developing auto-annotation and automated data preparation tools. Achieved a 50% reduction in data scientist hours dedicated to data preparation and sorting. Introduced cloud GPU workloads in production, resulting in a 10x speedup compared to traditional processing times. Also ensured minimal cost impact moving from CPU to GPU.
